Definitions used in our Terms of Service

user will identify the customer who registers with this site at www.greendialer.com
DialTel will identify DialTel LLC, the owner and administrator of this site.
site will identify all areas that fall under the Dialtel.com or Greendialer.com Domains
visitor will identify anyone who browses the site

1. Property and Use

This site is provided to you the user or visitor from Dialtel LLC as a service. All information on this site including images, text, code, or other content is the exclusive property of DialTel. DialTel is granting user a non-exclusive right to operate the site. Any visitor or user may not alter, copy, or reproduce any information on this site unless they obtain the express written permission of DialTel. DialTel may alter, change, or edit any information in these terms at any time without notice.We will post the date of our last revision at the bottom of these terms and expect the user to check this information often for any changes.

2. License

User is granted a non expiring license to operate the site. User can import wave files, import databases, change caller ID numbers to display, Input transfer numbers for redirecting calls, and can direct and schedule campaigns. User will not hold DialTel responsible for any misuse of the site. User is expected to consult an attorney before using the site to ensure laws are followed. User will be responsible for learning the software and reporting any bugs immediately to DialTel via support forms on the site. User is expected to notify DialTel if he is unsure of how to use site. User is advised strongly not to operate the site until fully aware of how the site works.

3. Disclaimer

DialTel makes no warranties or guarantees whether express or implied to the functionality of this site. We cannot guarantee 100% uptime and functionality of this site. We cannot be held liable for damages resulting from use of the site whether direct or indirect by the user. It is possible that a user can have loss of data and downtime for which user will not hold DialTel liable.

4. Pre-Paid Service

User acknowledges that this is a pre-paid service and that all monies must be received before operation of the site is granted. Likewise, DialTel reserves the right to restrict access if a user's account goes negative for any reason. User also acknowledges that DialTel may suspend services if there is not enough money in the account to cover 24 hours of usage on the user's account. User agrees not to send excessive calls to high cost NON-RBOC areas. DialTel reserves the right to cancel and charge a user's account .04 per call to recover losses resulting from calling excessively into High Cost Areas. User acknowledges they will get billed an Intrastate rate if they call into the same state as the number they input into the caller ID field. User agrees to pay all due to DialTel for thier use of the site and holds that all litigation will take place in Massachusetts should a dispute arise regarding use of the site whether direct or indirect.

5. Telemarketing Laws

User agrees to follow all telemarketing laws while using this site. User should consult an attorney to make sure they are compliant with all state, FTC, FCC, Do Not Call, and other laws prior to registering or using the site. User agrees not to hold DialTel responsible for any misuse of the site or violation of any local, state, or federal laws. User must not use the software maliciously or illegally in any way. DialTel will protect all customer information with limitation to information requested by Subpoena or required to be provided by law. User acknowledges all registration information is valid and current and must update all contact information via the site whenever there is a change.
